Terms of service
Effective April 13, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the public Rastro website and the public evaluation tools linked from it.
1. Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
These terms apply to the public site, public resources, previews, demo flows, and related evaluation experiences available from this website. If you later enter into a separate order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other written contract with Rastro, that written contract will govern the covered service relationship to the extent of any conflict.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for business and professional use. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business evaluation, research, product-data, or related operational purposes.
3. User submissions and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the URLs, files, prompts, notes, and other materials you submit through the site. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit that material and to ask us to process it.
You should not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive. In particular, do not use public demo or shareable workflows for secrets, credentials, or highly sensitive personal data unless you are fully authorized and comfortable with that handling.
4. License to operate the service
As between you and Rastro, you retain whatever rights you hold in your submitted content. You grant Rastro a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, reproduce, transform, transmit, and otherwise process that content as necessary to operate the site, generate requested outputs, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and improve the reliability of the workflows you asked us to run.
5. AI-generated and automated outputs
The site may generate summaries, extracted data, classifications, demo accounts, previews, or other automated outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for commercial, legal, compliance, technical, or operational decisions.
Rastro does not guarantee that any generated output is error-free, publication-ready, or suitable for a particular use without human review.
6. Prohibited conduct
7. Shared links and public evaluation workflows
Some site workflows generate share links so a result can be reopened later. These links are designed for convenience and collaboration. Anyone with the link may be able to access the associated session content. Treat shared results as unlisted, not as access-controlled confidential storage.
8. Intellectual property
The site, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and underlying workflows, is owned by or licensed to Rastro and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the site under these terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services such as Cal.com, GitHub, LinkedIn, X, documentation hosts, storage providers, analytics providers, and model providers. Those services are controlled by their respective operators, not by Rastro, and may have their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Suspension, changes, and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or block access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or could harm the site, Rastro, or others.
11. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rastro disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rastro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Contact and updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to augustin@rastro.ai.
